Abhinandan" a Dream House for many of us, I was very much attracted by the Demo Flat, but the important was the how will be the quality of project. When I saw the construction and its technology , it was amazing. The best part is its amenities and the design of tower, A best product to buy. Builder has committed to deliver the house by 2018, this will be very challenging as many builders fails to promise, but if they continue the progress the work in the same way then I feel they will honor their commitment. I will advise people to buy, rates might shoot up in the coming days.

I have booked a 3BHK flat in Abhinandan, a project being developed by KLP Projects Pvt Ltd. The experience so far, has been very good. The sales team is very co-operative and supportive. The project is developing at a good speed and my flat is taking shape very quickly...thanks to all TEAM members of KLP who are working day & night at the site. The promoters are very hard working and humble. The Mivan technology used for construction is very effective and efficient. The amenities offered by the builder are good. Overall, a very satisfying experience so far and I am extremely happy to book the flat in this project. Thank You !!

Not only a dream home, but it's like a dream Paradise come true, with KLP Projects! Abhinandan, a dream house for my family.... I was looking to buy from past 6 months, I was waiting for one tower to get ready, after seeing the construction i booked the premium flat. The construction which they have used is the best in the city, have not seen any builders in surrounding area who have used this technology.
